"Interventi di riqualificazione ambientale dello scolo Vernise nei Comuni di Zero Branco e Scorzè" [p.153]. ESPROPRIAZIONE PER PUBBLICA UTILITA'. ORDINANZA DI PAGAMENTO DIRETTO della quota del saldo della indennità di espropriazione per aree preordinate ad espropriazione ed indennità sui soprassuoli (art. 22 DPR n.327/2001.).

Visto il Decreto del n. 46 del 30/05/2013, emesso dal Dirigente della Direzione Progetto Venezia, attraverso il quale viene approvato il progetto definitivo e viene dichiarata la pubblica utilità delle opere in argomento ai sensi dell’art. 12 comma 1 lettera a) del DPR n. 327/2001;
Richiamato il proprio Decreto n. 339 del 21/08/2017 protocollo n. 14786, con il quale si è provveduto a decretare l’occupazione anticipata dei beni immobili siti in Comune di Scorzè (VE) e di Zero Branco (TV) necessari alla esecuzione del progetto “Interventi strutturali in rete minore di bonifica. Ricalibrazione e sostegni su sottobacini del Dese e dello Zero – II stralcio – scolo Vernise. Interventi di riqualificazione ambientale dello scolo Vernise nei Comuni di Zero Branco e Scorzè [p.153]”, ed a determinare in via provvisoria la indennità di espropriazione da corrispondere ai proprietari degli immobili medesimi, ai sensi dell'art. 22 DPR n. 327/01;
Richiamato il Decreto di occupazione temporanea di beni immobili non preordinati all’espropriazione n. 338 datato 04/08/2017 protocollo n. 14156 emesso dall’Autorità Espropriante, Consorzio di Bonifica Acque Risorgive di Mestre (VE), contenente la determinazione della indennità di occupazione, ex artt. 49 e 50 del DPR n. 327/2001;
ORDINA
Art. 1) ai sensi dell'art. 20 comma 8 ed art. 26 DPR n. 327/2001, il pagamento diretto per complessivi €. 592.913,42= a favore di n. 106 centosei ditte proprietarie, della quota di saldo delle indennità offerte e dichiaratamente accettate per l’espropriazione, l’asservimento, soprassuoli e dell’occupazione temporanea per la sola ditta 158)Comune di Zero Branco, degli immobili siti nel territorio dei Comuni di Scorzè (VE) e Zero Branco(TV), di seguito indicate:
